INSTALLATION

Cottage Waterfront Elevators can professionally install your elevator.  Included with the installation is the foundation which uses the same heavy-duty rock anchors as do large wind-powered electric generators.  The anchors have a life span of 120 years and are specially coated for extra protection.  They are drilled deep into your rock and bonded with high-strength cement.  For prices on installed kits see Price List.

(Please note that permits are not required for our inclined elevators.  They are not a "building" as defined by the Building Code, they do not require an electrical inspection, and they do not affect the natural environment.)

PRO-LIFT™ is also sold as a kit and can be installed by any qualified personnel.  Each kit includes instructions and assembly hardware and the main components are pre-assembled at our facility.  The foundation is not included and is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Note that construction on sloped ground is considerably different than on flat land and conventional methods and equipment may not be suitable.
