All PRO-Lift™ components are premium quality made in North America or Europe. All exposed parts are weatherproof and the assembly hardware is very corrosion resistant.
MONORAIL TRACK
ELEVATOR CAR
- Standing Platform - structural composite with UV inhibitors
- Car Enclosure - structural composite and clear impact-resistant polymer panels
- Guide Rollers - solid elastomer wheels with sealed precision bearings
The platform and enclosure last indefinitely and (unlike wood and painted metal) they will never rot or rust. The rollers are extremely durable and provide a smooth and comfortable ride.
TRACTION DRIVE

The brake, motor, and reducer are totally-enclosed and well sealed from the outside environment. The drums and ropes are made of high-grade corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
ELECTRIC CONTROLS

- Onboard Controls - robust all-weather pushbuttons and on/off key switch
- Wireless Control - long-range handheld transmitter to control elevator car wirelessly
- Power Conditioner - fast protection against power supply fluctuations and surges

- Landing Detection - automatically stops car at top and bottom landings
The car can be controlled from either the onboard control panel or the wireless pendant.
SAFETY SYSTEM
- Start Delay - safety timer stops car from moving if start button released prematurely
- Emergency Stop - safety pushbuttons stop car immediately if pressed
- Over-Travel - safety switch stops car if it goes beyond landing terminal
- Over-Speed - safety sensor stops car if it goes too fast
- Door Position - safety switch stops car if door is opened
- Drive Fault - built-in safety monitor stops car if motor controller faults
- Circuit Fault - continuous safety monitor stops car if safety circuit faults
The start delay feature is to prevent unintentional starting of the car. The operator must press and hold the start button for 5 seconds while an audible alarm warns anyone nearby that the car is about to move.
