TERMS

If purchasing a kit only our standard terms are:

50% down with order
50% when ready to ship (4 to 6 weeks ARO)

Shipping is extra and can be arranged by us if prepaid.

If purchasing an installed kit our standard terms are:

50% down with order
35% upon delivery of system (4 to 6 weeks ARO)
15% upon completion (2 to 4 weeks after delivery, weather permitting)

Shipping and travel expenses are included within 500 km of our facility. If outside this area please Contact Us for additional costs.
Please note that top and bottom landing terminals are not included. Decks, stairs, railings, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Additional costs apply if potable water (at standard pressure) and electricity (at standard voltage) are not readily available.

WARRANTY

Every PRO-LIFT™ system includes a 3-year / 100-hr limited warranty. The installation is included in the warranty if installed by us.

We also offer an annual inspection service to ensure your elevator remains in good condition and safe to use. With every installed kit your first yearly inspection is included.
